01Every listing must
Clear prices
Every tier shows its real monthly price and what it includes. No hidden upsells or "DM for price".
Honest description
Say what members actually get: alerts, education, live sessions, chat. Describe your style and risk plainly.
You run it
You own or are authorized to manage the group. Connect Discord or verify Telegram with our bot to prove it; other platforms are checked by hand.
Real contact
Members can reach the owner or a moderator, and you answer them.
02Never allowed
Guaranteed returns
No "X% a month", "can't lose", "risk-free" or any promise of profit.
Unlabeled P&L screenshots
No gains screenshots without a clear "owner-reported, not verified" label. Use the owner scorecard instead.
Fake social proof
No bought members, fake reviews, review swaps or rewards for 5-star ratings.
Pump-and-dump & scams
No coordinated buying of thin assets, "signals" to exit liquidity, account-management or wallet-access schemes.
03Talking about performance
You may add an owner-reported scorecard (win rate, average win/loss in R, drawdown) and a trade showcase (screenshots of your recent trades). Both are always shown as “Owner-reported, not verified by Signal Nation” with a risk warning, and never affect your trust score or ranking. Keep them honest: cherry-picked periods or made-up numbers are treated as misleading claims.
- Showcase screenshots must be your own real trades. Fabricated, doctored or borrowed screenshots are removed and can get the group delisted.
- Show losses too. Experienced traders trust groups that post both; a wall of wins reads like marketing.
- No account numbers, names or other personal data in screenshots, and no links or invite codes in captions.
Signal Nation does not verify trading performance and does not provide investment advice.
04Billing is the owner's job
Signal Nation doesn't take payments. Owners bill members directly (for example through Whop, Patreon, Stripe or Discord subscriptions) and handle access, cancellations and refunds. Your listing must say how billing works and link to your refund policy if you have one.
05Writing reviews
- Review groups you have actually been a member of, and rate whether they delivered what the listing promised.
- One review per group per person. Owners can't review their own groups.
- No links, no personal information about others, no harassment, no reviews in exchange for anything.
- Profits or losses alone aren't grounds for a rating: markets move. Delivery, honesty and support are.
06Community posts and testimonials
- Each group page has a Community feed. Signed-in members can post (20–600 characters) and tag one post per group as a testimonial. Testimonials have no stars and never affect the trust score.
- Write about your own experience. Owners can't post testimonials about their own group; they can post announcements, reply, react and pin up to 2 posts.
- No links, phone numbers, emails, or Discord/Telegram invites in posts or replies. Invites belong on the listing.
- Posts that claim profits or returns (“made $5k”, “30% return”) are held for a moderator before they appear. Performance claims don't make a group trustworthy.
- Anything that breaks these rules can be reported; moderators can hide posts and replies.
07Featured listings
Owners of approved, claimed groups can pay for a Featured placement. Featured groups are always labeled, and featuring never changes trust scores, ratings or reviews. Placements can be removed for guideline violations.
08Reports and enforcement
Anyone signed in can report a group, owner, review, community post or showcase item (use Report on the group page). A moderator reviews every report and either upholds or dismisses it. Upheld reports against a group or its owner stay on the group's Honesty record and lower its trust score (see How trust works); upheld reports about a review remove the review.
Serious or repeated violations get the listing removed and the account suspended. New Discord accounts (under 7 days old) and Telegram sign-ins in their first 24 hours can't post listings, reviews or reports, Telegram sign-in needs a public username, and posting is rate limited to keep spam out.
