01What Signal Nation is

Signal Nation (“we”, “us”) runs a website that lists trading groups hosted on Discord, Telegram and similar platforms, together with member reviews and a trust score. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Signal Nation.

We are a directory. We don't run the groups, we don't sell their memberships, and we aren't a party to any agreement between you and a group owner.

02No investment advice

Nothing on Signal Nation is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative, currency or crypto asset. We are not a broker, adviser or exchange.

We do not verify trading performance. Any results a group owner shows (including an “owner-reported scorecard”) are the owner's own claims. They are labeled as not verified and never count toward a trust score. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and you can lose more than you put in.

03Your account

You sign in with Discord or Telegram. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and allowed to use the service you sign in with. Keep that account secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One person, one account: don't create accounts to inflate ratings or evade a suspension.

04Listing a group

If you list a group you confirm that you own or are authorized to manage it, and that your listing follows our listing guidelines. In particular:

• no guaranteed returns or “X% a month” promises;
• no unlabeled profit-and-loss screenshots or fabricated results;
• clear prices and a clear description of what each tier includes.

Billing is between you and your members. Signal Nation doesn't process payments, issue refunds or handle access. You are responsible for your group's content, pricing, taxes and compliance with the laws that apply to you, including any rules on financial promotions or investment advice in your country.

New listings are reviewed by a moderator before they go live. We may decline, hide or remove a listing at any time.

05Featured listings

Owners of approved, claimed groups can buy a Featured placement: paid placement on the home page and at the top of matching results, always labeled “Featured”. It never changes trust scores, ratings or reviews. Payment is one-time, through Stripe, and non-refundable once the placement has started. We may remove a placement for guideline violations; if we do, any refund (pro-rated for the unused days) is at our discretion.

06Trade showcase

Owners may upload screenshots of their own recent trades. They are shown as “Owner-reported, not verified by Signal Nation” and never affect trust scores or rankings. Showcases must be the owner's real trades: fabricated, doctored or someone else's screenshots are removed and can get the group delisted. Past results don't guarantee future results.

07Joining a group

When you follow an invite link you leave Signal Nation and deal directly with the group owner on their platform. Read their terms, prices and refund policy before you pay. We can't guarantee that a group will deliver what it lists, although our trust score and reviews are designed to help you judge that.

08Reviews, community posts and other content

Reviews and community posts (including testimonials) must be your own honest experience. No paid, swapped or fake reviews, no reviewing your own group, no harassment or personal data about others. You keep ownership of what you post and give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and adapt it (for example, showing an excerpt) to run Signal Nation.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms or our guidelines.

09Trust scores and moderation

Trust scores are our opinion, calculated from the signals described on How trust works. They are not a guarantee, endorsement or certification. Reports are reviewed by moderators; upheld reports stay on a group's honesty record. If you think we got something wrong, contact us and we'll take another look.

10Things you can't do

• scrape the site in bulk, overload it, or get around rate limits or security measures;
• use Signal Nation for scams, pump-and-dump schemes, market manipulation or anything illegal;
• impersonate another person, group or Signal Nation;
• post malware, spam or links designed to phish or mislead.

11Disclaimers and liability

Signal Nation is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, for anything a group or its owner does or doesn't do, or for indirect or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (for most users, zero).

12Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Signal Nation means you accept the update. Questions? Email hello@signalnation.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
